1st cycle>> Do i need to add????

i started my 1st cycle about 5 weeks ago. i did 3 weeks of 45O test p. 50 anadrol. 2weeks testp 450 and test e 500 per week. i'm really not getting the results that i was expecting so far. i have noticed some solid muscle stregnth, but the scale isnt changing much and visually i cant see much of a difference. i was just wondering if i should add something?? i running axios test e and elite fitness test p. anyone got any input?? maybe i'm not getting enough calories.. my intake is around 3000. any input will help... thanks.
 
its not about calories, its about pure diet.

whats your diet like bro ?

also how long youve been lifting?
 
i eat two cups of oatmeal in the morning with 2 boiled eggs.

11am
chicken breast, brownrice.

pre workout protein shake


post workout protein shake


2pm muscletech weight gainer

4 pm.. about 60 grams nuts

7pm chicken breast or tuna or red meat brownrice

9pm cottage cheese, protein shake...

ive been working out of and on for 2 years but have really been hitting it hard for about 5 months..
 
your diet needs a complete overhaul.

i dont understand how you were using your gear either.

Is it new axio? When did you get it? Check your batch numbers. They had a big problem this spring and summer with bad gear. If you didnt order direct and got it at the gym or something it could be old batches. I know of a guy trying to sell the old dbol that was bunk still.
 
ok, i checked my batch number with axio. everything seems ok. let me try and re write my cycle so you understand it.

week one: 450m of test p. divided into 3shots.. m, w, f@ 150each.
50mg of anadrol every day.. 3 hours before workout.
week two: same as one.

week three: same

week four: 450m of test p. and added 500m of test e divided into 2 shots, sunday and thursday.

week five: same..

so when you say i need more food, you mean what kind?? would that be a big reason why my gains arent coming the way i thought they would??
 
I think I concur with what everyone else has said- you really need to rethink your diet- there is nothing there- missing proteins, greens, carbs- its all over the place.
Also, you should rethink your cycle as well.
How long did you intend to run your cycle?
Since the longer acting tests take longer to kick in, why did you not start it in week 1?
How long did you intend to run the anadrol?
The rule of thumb here is keep it cycles simple.
I think you need to scrub this, start over and really have a diet plan in place.
You need the time to make sure you have everything in place.
What AS do you have left and do have PCT is place?
 
i stopped the anadrol after the third week. i planned on running the cycle for 16weeks. i didnt start off with the test e because i knew it took longer to kick in so i thought i would add it later and continue running the test p for a couple weeks after i started the test e so that that would give it time to kick in. i have nolva for my pct. i was gonna start it two weeks after my last shot and run it at
week 1 20mg ed
week 2 40mg ed
week 3 40mg ed
week 4 20mg ed.
i was also thinking of adding in some proviron.

could anyone give me a diet that they use?? as much detail as possible... thanks.
