2 quick thoughts I had on ProHormone Cycles

Both of these relate to cycling prohormones, gear whatever:
1) Say you are a newbie and never done anything before and you are 5'9" and 185lbs and impressed with your 15.5in arms and think your ready for gear. So you go online and order super dmz or whatever is hot and then gain 50 lbs on your bench in 6 weeks. Then you do pct and it sucks ass and you feel bad, but after 4 weeks of that (so 10 weeks total) you can still bench 30 more lbs than you could 10 weeks ago. Ok so you're pumped because you are now 195lbs and can bench 30 more lbs than you could 2.5 months ago.

IMO this cycle was a waist of time because 30lbs in 2.5months on a lift is achievable especially for a beginner. You can also gain 10 lbs in 2.5 months at that level of training. The side effects though are that your test is most definitely lower now so you have less of an ability to make natty gains that you did and you felt like shit at least 40% of the time you were in this 10 week stretch.

I think it is strange that so many people don't realize that this was a waste. The guys they look up to don't cycle and if they do it's because they are letting receptors clear and they are back on before most of the water even comes off (slight exaggeration but you get the point).

2) Also, wouldn't it make sense when trying to use gear or prohormones to make gains slower intentionally? For example if I can get gains out of 30mg of havoc ed albeit nothing earth shattering but I can keep it and then use 40 and keep it then 50 ect... , wouldn't it be smarter because the less you use, the less hormonal advantage you had while on, and the less the difference is when you go back to trt (since we established that most people don't cycle).

yes these are things people dont like to contemplate though.

and they make total sense when you think about it.

i would say it probably takes most people many years to figure out what you just posted because they wont listen when told.

What was that... I wasn't listening.:dj: Anyway.... prohormones are ok. I don't think people eat enough quality foods to cycle in general. They put so much thought and effort into the cycle and lifting..... eating gets the back door treatment. Everyone wants to "lean bulk" or lose fat and gain muscle in a short period of time. Probably the first thought people have when starting a ph or gear cycle is diet. It should be EAT! It's retarded.

The same results would have come by proper eating or buying better quality food.

Yeah, very few understand the importance of eating lots of food. The best thing I ever did was figured out how to eat lots of calories without gaining fat by adjusting my macros.
