Before the results on the bottom it was pretty clear to me henry would take his weight class. DJ is a monster but his midsection is pretty blocky. I mean I know he won but he just seems like he was a little out of condition.

I agree, Dennis' mid-section really makes me cringe. It has come a long way though. A year or 2 ago, it was waaay out of control. I still think his win was well deserved though.

I agree as well. Everyone has a spot they can improve and Ive noticed his is looking better.
