Joel its been training with me for over 3 years, won the Mr Miami, Won the Florida State, last week won the masters over 35 and masters overall at the Southern States, and this past weekend won the open class and overall.
I though he was at his limit at the southern states but in just one week after i twist a little bit his diet and he came grainy and deeper and took the show winning his class against a guy who is been at the nationals twice.
