2023 Rogue Invitational Events
There are nine events across three days of competition at the 2023 Rogue Invitational:


Individual Event One — Texas Heavy

• Event Details TBA

Individual Event Two — Seat at the Bar
For time; 20-15-10 reps (Men) | 15-10-5 reps (Women) of:

• Log Muscle-Ups
• Five Back Squats — Men: 375 pounds | Women: 260 pounds

Individual Event Three — The Circus
Three rounds for time:

• Ski Erg — Men: 40 calories | Women: 32 calories
• Five Single-Arm Strongman Dumbbell Shoulder-to-Overhead — Men: 100 pounds | Women: 70 pounds
• Killer Cage — down and back

Individual Event Four — 10th Inning
10 rounds of:

• Four Ring Muscle-Ups
• Eight Handstand Push-Ups
• 12 Power Snatches — Men: 95 pounds | Women: 65 pounds

Individual Event Five — The Duel III

• Event details TBA

Individual Event Six — Max Deadlift

• Establish One-Rep-Max Deadlift

Individual Event Seven — Hulk Hands

• Echo Bike — 30 calories
• 20 Double Fatbell Ground-to-Overhead — Men: 70 pounds | Women: 53 pounds
• 75-foot Front Rack Lunge to Zeus — Men: 135 pounds | Women: 95 pounds
• Run
• Hill Sled Push
• 75-foot Front Rack Lunge to Zeus — Men: 135 pounds | Women: 95 pounds
• 20 Double Fatbell Ground-to-Overhead — Men: 70 pounds | Women: 53 pounds
• Echo Bike — 30 calories

Individual Event Eight — Big Cat
Five rounds for time:

• Six Box Jumps — Men: 42 inches | Women: 36 inches
• Two Peg Board Climbs
• Hill Run

Individual Event Nine — The Cleanup
