Thanks. Yeah that is me two years ago at 174 pounds in the avatar during a show. I dieted down from 243 (lots of water and drol'). This year I should look better and heavier.

Thanks for the info it looks like he did cut and paste the photos then, b/c some of them were even on that site. I'll try to find the site where he cut them from and post the results. Sorry but I'm 99% sure it's BS b/c I've seen too many people say here is a pic of my girlfriend and it's off some modeling site or something. People always want to seem special or important and hide behind there puter.

Proud, now that i"m looking at your avatar more carefully, you look amazing! YOu dieted down 60 lbs!!! and didn't lose all your muscle? amazing!! How'd you cut that much, over what time frame? Your vascularity is really terrific, and great pecs!! Biceps look good, too, big biceps veins for sure. Delts look real fine, esp. rear delts, hard to hit. Can see serratus, nice abs too. How's the lower body? Just curious, how old are you?

23 at time of pic (now 24 almost 25). Dieted too hard and would have been bigger but was taking 75mcg T3 a day along with clen 2wks on/off ECA, 20-30minutes of medium intensity cardio 4-6 days a week and kept going ketosis most of the week.

At 12 weeks out I was 243 and got down 174 on morning of show. Legs were the worst and lost most of the weight in them but were very vascular as well. I'll try to post some pics in a new thread.

you guys Iam a fitness model lol ive been in every mag there is a year ago or so for a full page ad for HDT labs you may have seen me holding two jugs of protein under my arms with spikey hair, and yes bruce talbot is my photagrapher he took these shots great work huh, why do all of you think im fake thats not fair but I domt care cause i guess i can see where your coming from hard to tell whos really real or not , and yes i was bb of the week at bbs.com. im real ok guys lol , thanks for the compliments.
