Just wondering people's opinion on this dosage...or ways you think i could improve upon this cycle

wk 1-6 Prop 150mg EOD
wk 1-8 Fina 100mg EOD
wk 1-8 Winny 50mg ED
I plan on running Clomid and Nolva as PCT
 
Why are u stopping the prop at week 6?

Run it through week 8

Only run the winny for a maximum of 6 weeks. Its pretty harsh on the body especially with tren in there. I think the combo of tren and winny gave me very oily skin and acne on my face, back, and chest plus more importantly it affected my bp. 154/92 I believe it was...very very bad for a 20 year old. I will say I was very sick and on a ton of cold medicine...I.E. Ephedra so that could have contributed a bit, but even after being sick it was still in the 140/80 range. I wanted to cut the winny out by the 3rd week of using it with prop/tren because of the side effects.

The dosages look good but run it like this:

150mg Prop EOD 1-8
100mg Tren EOD 1-8
50mg Winny ED 4-8

That should do you pretty well for a 2nd cycle.
 
i dont like winny for that long, not at all. too harsh. no more than a month. besides that we need your stats. the rest looks like a short but stout cutting cycle.

21 years old
4 years of serious lifting
5 9 183 ilbs and around 10-12 Bf last time i got it checked
Goals put on lean muscle..i dont want to get to much mass since i am short..thats why im looking towards this cycle for lean gains. hope it can put me over 200 but thats a big goal. :)
 
Well like the others said, the test p should go all the way thorugh. Also, like pudgy said 8 weeks of a 17aa compound is rough on the liver, and joints for me.
 
So it appears this is your 1st cycle so lets make it your best!
Either 150mg e/o/d prop weeks 1-10 or weeks 1-5 and
Test E 500mg wk wks 1-10
Tren100mg e/o/d wks 1-10(you do not really need this IMPO)
Winny 50 mgs e/d weeks 5-10

350-400g per day of protein and shoot for 4000 total cals
 
Bro, diet is the most important part of gaining mass while on or off cycle.

Like BG said go for high protein and moderate carbs and fat.

What did your first cycle consist of?
