Does anyone have an idea of how much powder would be required to make 1000 caps (size 0) of var at 20mg each. Just a rough idea would help.

1 Gram = 1,000mg
1,000 20mg Caps = 20,000mg

So it would require 20g of Var to make 1,000 20mg caps

ToM do you want to know how much var powder he would need to get 20mg in each cap.. with the rest being a filler as much more than 20mg will fit into a single cap

first you'd need to know how muhc mg a 0 cap can hold
