5th Day of DNP

So im on the 5th day of Dnp from Appollo, dosing was/is as follows

day 1. 200
day 2,3,4- 400
day 5-200

So im actually off test and Im taking clomid 25 mg a day. So 1st day did not notice anything, 2nd day a little heat, 3rd and 4th day heat is on. This morning I was sitting next to an open window with the air blowing in and you could see my breath. Not bad for august. down 5lbs already, im going for 1 :tread:month recomp, I feel like im on a treadmill just sitting here in a lazyboy recliner.
 
yep...everyone thinks it doesnt work until day 3 when its built up in your system, then boom, furnace...everytime chris calls me, i tell him, sweating bro, just sweating

With all the sweating some is going to be water but with the amount your Base metabolic rate is increased I dont see how you're not burning fat.

nope about 1/4-1/2lb of body FAT per day once you get stabilized and do the 200mg dose...there does come a point when you hit a wall though as T3 production declines...
 
I am just making sure because I am thinking about getting this as well. not trying to hijack a thread at all but does DNP contain T3. I ask because I am taking t3 and t4 for medical purposes and dont want to screw anything up. I get thyroid test done every 6 months and dont want to do any damage that the meds is supposed to correct.

Thing is I am getting more vascular. So we will see. Im going to go for 1 month. Will update. I have been at a set point where my body will not budge from fat loss. So Im trying to break on through to the other side.
 
Today is the eighth day. Im down 7lbs. The heat the body gives off is phenominal. What I like best is that Im eating as many carbs as I like. Still clean but pizza Sat night and some crackers. After the carb intake the body turns into a furnace. I have the muggy feeling you get from like being in Florida during the summer. I have stayed at 400mg and would not even consider going over that. No cardio this week just weights maybe some swimming. Air conditioner on all the time. The wife is like what is up with you, I told her I have the hong kong flu and got out of doing any work this weekend. Next weekend is a different story but I want like 3 more weeks, maybe take it down to 200 mg.

Can you tell a differance in bodyfat with the 7lb drop? Also how bad is the sweating? Dripping or just sticky?
 
I am very interested in this thread. I have talked to mike about it but want to see someone on the board actually logging the details for others to see.
 
I just finished a 2 week DNP cycle though my stuff was not from apollo. Plan to try them out soon.
One thing I advice is, never go on DNP during summer....it's so much easier during the cooler months.
so from Sept - march, absolute best time to get on DNP

Yes I can tell the difference in bodyfat being reduced. Thing is the heat is really both with the sticky feeling and sweat at certain times. The sweat is not constant like the heat. Movement increases the sweat. Also Carbs for whatever reason really just turn up the furnace. It's not immediate but like 30 mins later. Also You start stinking real bad from a body odor standpoint. No matter how much pit spray you put on you will stink. To work in an office with other people they will say you stink. If you did a cycle during the winter you would not use the heat. You wouldn't need it. Also at 400mg I have a little labored breathing and fatigue. Since I work for myself I need not worry about under performance. Though I did miss an opportunity to make money this morning but there will be another. Blood pressure seems not affected nor heart rate. It would be a great drug to use after the holidays to get rid of the holiday 10lbs. For me though I want through this set point. Im 50 and been at this set point for 10 years, now I will blast through, For me I believe that the 400mg is the upper end of the dose protocol, I would not even dare using more. The dose is split into two 200 mg. One upon waking then one at noon. I will have to go lower though my Flu excuse is only good for so long. The wife will expect yard work from me soon enough. My muscles feel flat but thats ok I am not to worried about it. Im not doing any cardio, only weight machines covering whole body 1 time per week. Basically a maintenance type deal. This is a great drug for the endo- meso's out there.
 
So yesterday I weighed in I was 213, thats -12 now in less than 2 weeks. Thanks apollo peptides for a great product. Im trying for another 2 more weeks and 13 lbs, we will see, we will see
 
That's some pretty impressive results considering you've done little or no cardio and not much of a reduction in calories too. Very exciting stuff. Keep the updates coming!

thank you for the great log and for telling everyone your results. These results are typical and what you can expect if you follow what ive posted here on the board. Anyone that needs help let me know.
 
So today is sunday,9/2/12, it completes first two weeks . My weight this am was 211.8, so I am losing 1.2 lbs every two days now. This is with no counting of calories and eating as many carbs as I like, no sugar though, my carbs are from sweat potatoes, rice, whole wheat pita breads, Ive also had a frozen trader joes pizza each day, so I am not restricting here. It seems more carbs I eat more heat that comes. I have been eating a bowl of cereal(cereal has little sugar) also in the middle of the night. Exercise past week has been chins and dips, thats it, zero cardio. Ill go back to my 1 hour cardio a day when done. Ive decided on few changes, I will swim more less indoor cardio and my beloved weights, also changing gyms, that is all. Oh so ive got 2 more weeks left, now that is all
