Seen I done the MC igf I can tell the differness with my workouts and the pumps are awesome... And I am starting to get a 3d look during my workouts ... I'm sold on igf now and I plan to start taking it agin in about 2-3 weeks when I start my next cycle... My goal is to get to 265-70 lbs. in my next cycle. Now that I'm starting to under stan this more !!!

definitely......i've seen more reviews here than anywhere else on any sponsors igf.....all is positive and beyond positive....especially with bringing up weak areas......plus it's definitely more affordable than gh and works much faster......

I'm still having great results and I must say that applying it on the bi's is intense, but well worth it. The pump is outrageous, the chest is a great place to apply too...Hell, I'd put it anywhere lol

I will bump that, I get good energy strength has gone up (or maybe its mental) but feel pretty pumped afterwards. I havent notciced any slimming yet but still week 1. Its good shiznit so far. Im keeping a log of everything, all food I eat and when, workouts, time I take IGF and how much and where, stats at the beginning and see h0w much it changes and igf is the only thing im taking.,

how long do you guys think this stuff lasts for?

well i should ask this, if i stocked up on it, would it stay good in the fridge for a year or maybe more?

yep, i have done it myself and im pretty sure we have posts here saying others have stocked it for that long and it was fine when they did use it
 
I read in many different places that IGF-1 and IGF-1 LR3 are different and have different storing ranges and temps MC's IGF is LR3 right? If so bro a year is nothing and you would still be good to go. Im assuming its in AA(acetic acid 0.6% is the norm) even in your dresser drawer for a year it would be ok.

Ok, im trying to take all this good info and user results in. I need to know does it matter for max muscle gain to administer it pre workout or PWO? i am kind of leaning toward trying immediately pwo, then half an hour later dose humulin R for max muscle gain. Has anyone tried this, or is that pushing the envelope too much with going hypo? I figure if your nutrient timing and amounts are correct, then there should be nothing to worry about.in this case i was gonna add 25mcg T3 to keep fat gain to a minimum. Dont care about the pumps too much, just looking to slowly change body comp and the previously mentioned 3D look. I would really appreciate any help.

I've never tried it post workout but I know there rae some guys that do.. I like to take it pre workout about 30-45 mins before I hit the gym.. and get carbed up !!!:thumbsup:

I dont know anyone who does it post and then also does insulin however I do know of taking the igf preworkout followed by some carbs then the gym and then insulin. and they had great results

as for me I take it preworkout as well as humalin r preworkout , i take my igf and then i eat 4 packs oatmeal 45 minutes prior to workout, i then take 5 i.u humalin r 15 minutes before wokout and chase it with a carbo force mixed with glutamine and n.o. powder then hit the weights, during my workout i sip on a mass recovery drink half carb/protien. after my workout i then down a zero carb protin shake.

the workout is sick , then pump is sick only downfall is you will never sweat this bad in ur life,lol.
