Last thursday is when i started and I have applied it to my shoulders, sub q, quads and chest. I got to say I'm hooked, I got some insane pumps, and great workouts. Love it when I stay pumped after I'm done hitting the weights. Placing another order really soon. Also have before pics that I will post and will post new ones about a month or two into it.

Before pics were about last month and these are two weeks after started igf and weight at 250 at the moment and still gaining. Going to add more cardio to lower bf %. But I have to thank the dude and Chris250 for helping me tweak my diet. Gonna take more pics soon and get some leg shots in as well.
