Thanks guys.. I never do abs.. I find that other excercise hit them wihtout direct stimulation.. I am glad you think I look leaner since I gained 10 lbs so I guess I was doing something right.

The pump we get from different times of the day are def weird.. I'm looking for a good dentist to get my teeth fixed then a good optimoligist to get my eyes fixed..

I was talking to my dietician the other day and he is setting me up with a few changes in my diet to adjust for some more fat loss through diet alone. Our goal is to bring my bodyweight to 235lbs at or just under 10% by October.. I last competed in 1997 as a middleweight and this time I want to come in as a superheavy. If I can not hit that goal weight I will hold off till another time.

We figure if the show is summer 2008 we have plenty of time to add lean muscle mass to my frame and I should weigh in around 225-230 if we plan this out right and only need to drop about 5-7%bf for the show meaning I will lose about 10-15lbs fat and about 5lbs of muscle.. we will see.

Thanks again for the encouragement saying I am on the right track and I will keep you guys posted as things "progress"...
