Okay team,
I would like your opnion n the following:
I want to run upwards of 36 weeks of bulking then into a cutter for contest next year.
Was thinking of running the following for 12 weeks at a run, how many weeks in break should I give, considering I want to push for comp next year again?
I am 5'8" 180, 7 bf, would like to mss up for a better middleweight showing next year (just pulled a 5th open and 1st novice), but want to pick up as much mass.

12 weeks-
1 gm test e each week
600-800 eq each week
800-800 tren e each week


how many weeks between these cycles?

i would bring the eq down to about 500mg wk
and the tren down to 300-600
just make sure you diet is on point all year long
maybe throw some dbols in for the first few weeks
 
I agree, you don't want to be on high doses for a long cycle...

listen to Superman he knows his stuff and has the body to prove it
 
Thanks bros, any other tips would be greatly appreciated. I dried out to 160 in my last comp, I need to improve on my legs, back, so I thought a long stint would help out. I need a great mass diet program if anyone has suggestions. Thank you all.
 
1g for a small guy (no offense) is way too much.
Your long term goal should be at the top of the middles where you will be noticed.
