Acne - Need Alternative

This neutrogena face wash followed by freederm on the spots is clearing the face acne. Now just need to figure out what’s happening with the arms.

Why does acne happen though? My diet is good, hygiene is good, etc so don’t get it.

Anything with Benzyl Peroxide in it always made my acne much worse.

The combo stuff wonders for me clind/benz Gel great stuff

Acne has cleared - thanks guys! Now just sorting the pigmentation and I look good again lol.
