When I added winny I noticed definate hardness as well as strength increase. Only problem is the shots are very painfull. Espesially in delts for some reason. I think I am getting used to it. But LA is 100% correct, Again. ED is better than EOD because of the short half life.

I have only used the QV and the results were quite good!

I just got done with a bottle of QV winny....the thing about QV is the crystal is bigger which makes it more painful...if you can get oil based winny...no crystal

I love the muscle hardness you get from winny, but my joints start to hurt after about 4 weeks.

The winny I made in oil is completely painless.

You could go with the winny in pill form as well bro....like the 5mg yellow winny tabs...just like have to take 10 of them a day, I have been on them now for 2 weeks now and loving it..trust me you will to...

I use the paperbolic version. Each square is 10 mg so you only need 5 per day.
