This is a pretty old video, but I remember when I was much younger...and seeing Ade Rai out in Cali that he was so small looking in the gym, and in normal cloths..but something about him on stage...Makes him look so much bigger...and at 5-11" or so, and only 200lbs on stage...You would think he is stringy on stage...but he really looks good...I dont know if he really is natural or not..he really never talked about drugs or anything...I heard he did light stuff, and musclemaina shows back in the day, didnt really test that much...
