Also, has there ever been any trouble shipping these products? I ordered a product on the 12th, but I haven't received anything yet. I just hope the postal system didn't lose it somewhere, given that they've been really tied up with tax returns and all . And I didn't see anywhere in the order system where you could check on the status of an order.
