Eat like shit is a term usually used when someone is bulking and it implies exactly what it says to a degree using slang terminology loosely. It just means get your protein and caloric intake as high as possible thus eating as much as possible to include taking supplement shakes....

You need to give us more info, like what was your previous cycle, how long did your cycle last, what was your PCT like, what is your cycle experiance like. I dont know what you mean by eat like shit, for quality gains it is always best to eat clean.
