Hey guys sorry to troubling you guys but is there any chance you guy could make up a gym plan and maybe even a food plan for mass bulking!my stats are I bench 70kg squat 100/110kg clean 70kg dead lift 110/120kg! I'm 167 lbs and I take protein and creatine if you also have any advice on how I could take them more affectivley or add anything could you please pm me or just reply here!

What's your schedule like? How many days a week can you make it to the gym? How long can you spend there? How many meals are you trying to consume?
 
I can get to the gym everyday if I want I have access 24/7!but I'd say I can spend maximum hour and a half there!eh only three really because I am in boarding school!
 
For your stats... simple: Do 5/3/1. Go buy the book. If you don't know what I'm talking about, google it. For dieting, eat everything you can put your hands on and buy protein powder and consume 3 shakes of 50g of protein each per day. Eat the shakes first thing in the morning, pre workout, and post workout. Also, take your creatine post workout with some sugary carb source (that is also low in fat).

Since you are a beginner, you don't need to do anything more. Also, never take steroids because steroids are for dirty cheaters.
 
Mass attack.

Gym plan - Compound exercises - Don't skip leg day - lift heavy

Meal plan - don't skip any meals.

Dude I mean how can we offer some sort of personalized plan when we don't have age, weight, height. You might as well google mass building workout.
