Hey Bigguy sorry I haven't been back to respond I have a lot of things to fix over here, we have had some problems in the past and now are under new management trying to fix those problems. Any questions you guys have you can email me personally or give me a call, we hate to lose any customers, we are in the process of doing away with all the things that may have been wrong with the company and by end of feb. we should have next day shipping.

The problem is that some companies (i wont name names) dont realize that customer service is about servicing the customer and when you do it correctly you get a customer for life and free marketing and when you do it poorly you loose clientele. For every 1 bad exp 9 people find out about it and therefore affect the decision of 10 people. That in itself should make people want to provide the best service possible.

Sounds like complete B.S. to me. Under new mgt., that is the classic excuse for a poorly run business trying to undo all of their misrepresentation and unprofessionalism.
