Is this ok? I've heard that if I take 3-5 g of L-Glutamine on an empty stomach while on ECA before AM cardio then its fine but i'm still skeptical. Thanks in advance
I've had a problem with a little nasuea from time to time with ECA on an empty stomach but I've had better results with hitting the cardio right away. If i wait too long and the ECA starts to hit me I get a little light headed...
is this not dangerous guys? ECA makes my heart beat go up like clen does. On top of that you are going to go jogging? Would that be too much stress on the heart?
the increased heart rate from the ECA and from doing cardio are not a cumulative effect... if your'e average heart rate is typically 60 or 70 and jumps to 90 on ECA it's not a big deal... while doing adventure races or even racing 5 and 10k's I've spiked my heart rate up into the 170's and 180's for 15 or 20 minutes at a time. You of course should be careful and not go for an all out sprint session first thing in the morning after popping your ECA stack...
It would be a good idea to take the glutamine, because when your body goes to tap into your muscles for energy it goes for L-alanine first then glutamine second, so if you have glutamine in your system your body can feed off it.
