So first two week review is that Smolov isn't as hard as it looks and is extremely effective. I modified it slightly though - I am only squatting 2-3 x per week bc for me 4 is too many. I'm expecting at least 40 lbs to my squat and I already squat over 500 lbs at under 200.
Thanks guys I'm really not that impressed with my squatting ability most days, but I have hit over 500 several times on max days. Wesley Inman has helped me the most with strength gains. His advise has been invaluable!
My ultimate goal is a 6 plate squat, 7 plate deadlift, and having massive traps and abs all at 195-210 bw. I can't bench very well because I have a torn tricep tendon and a torn labrem on opposite sides, but I have hit 330 for a double on incline in the last couple of months.
