I enjoyed that. I particularly enjoyed the way the author compared the days of Babe and Aron to the way the game is played today...takes a lot of flare away from the argument that poeple make when they say the greats didn't need steroids to set those records.
A while back I asked one of my nephews why he never said anything about Bonds.
(Thats our home team) This nephew played semi-pro and still coaches high school
baseball. He said "even playing field". I asked what the hell that meant? He said
a large portion of players comming up dirty on the tests were pitchers but you
never hear about that. Dont know where he got his info but it was interesting.
I'll also say to all the people bitchin - BONDS NEVER TESTED DIRTY!!!
amen great read i say that shit everytime somebody says somethin about bonds. I hate hearing people talk when they know nothing about what they are talking about. They gotta catch ya ridin dirty first .
