I have a diet I do sometimes. It is ground turkey or chicken thighs - turkey into patties and chick. thighs cus their not
too dry. I have three meals with one of these and yam, brown rice and vegi's. My other meals are for breakfast - 2 cups
oatmeal and 6 egg white (I use one yolk) usually scrambled and after workout some frozen fruit with protien in mixer.
I feel like I am constantly stuffing my face but I lean out fast and hold or gain size.
