It looks so good when looking at the nutritional value protein is higher then most grains too. I couldnt even find it at my local market may have to hit the health food store to get some but im sure they will charge 15 bucks a pound or more.
heres some nutritional values of it for 4 ounces of it. Great source of EFA's too, all those carbs though i would have to limit it to preworkout or for bulking.
