Hey guys, I was doing some more research on Anti-E's (One of my favorite research topics) and I was reading up on the drug Fulvestrant, the brand name is Faslodex.
Thought what it does is quite interesting....
Basically, Fulvestrant works in a different way than Nolvadex, Clomid or any aromatase inhibitor. Like the Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) it blocks oestrogen receptors. However it also changes them so that they can no longer respond to oestrogen, this is known as “down regulating” the receptors.
I don't know about you, but that sounds pretty damn cool to me!
Anyone have any experience using this drug or have any more info on it?
