A while back there seemed to a be a bunch of us trying DC training.
I am doing my second round and still digging it. Its cool to always see
somthing going up - be it lbs. or reps. Wondering how many guys have
stuck with it and how its going?
Still DC'n it up! Jus got done with my cruise phase last week. Fuck, this shit still surprises the shit outa me. I feel all refreshed, rested, and ready to start watchin my previous weights get blown away!
it fucked up my shoulders and thats it for me with dc i havnt had shoulders problems for years and now i cant even swim the the river without them fucking killing me....
