When I was on AAS I would only take my orals preworkout. Now that I am natural I will only take ECA or creatine preworkout, for me it makes all the difference in the world.
I use to run Halo/Winny/Var at 50/50/50 chewed up 20 mins before a workout... The strength gains and benefit for me were undeniable, this led to better size and strength gains. Even now that I am 100% natural, with natural energy boosters, etc..I put all my effort in making sure I get a good preowkout supplement, load up on caffeine, etc, etc....
This theory is based on nutrient timing IMO...Is it possible it is mental?? I am not sure, to some degree, sure it is possible, but my numbers have spoken for themselves using this technique as compared to not using it...
So for strength purposes, I say absolutely 100% I agree to such a protocol.
