I’m going to start TRT and my doctor gave me a couple options. He said I could either do 150mgs a week of testosterone or I could do 100mgs of test and 50mgs of deca. Of course I can always change up the dosing as I go and switch back. But as a 55 year old who wants to strength train and have good results from my workouts would this be a good option? Or should I stick to something else?
