Anyone watching the "Bible" on the History channel?

I've been recording the series on DVR, but I couldn't get into it. I watched about half of the first one and didn't watch anymore. Vikings on the other hand is badass. It comes on after The Bible

I only have basic cable, so I only get channels 1-24..where I live there is a monopoly on Cable TV, so for full cable it is like $120+ per month..not a big TV guy..

Would love to see this show...Love the Bible's stories. When I was in prison I nearly read the entire Bible. It finally all made sense to me when I finally had time to look

That's funny because I read the whole thing when I was locked up too. I had never really read any of it until or since then and have grown up Catholic. But at the same time we don't really preach from the bible dorectly

i knew i was going to be locked up for a little while and decided to finally read the Bible. i finished my 28 days but didnt finish the Bible, luckly/God incidence i found other books i could get into that helped staighten out my life. i sure it would make more sence to me now
