I read on the no xplode bottle that it says not to take it with asthma. I have a pretty mild case and have been fairly symptom free most of the time. Today I took no xplode and in a few hours noticed my airways seemed a little closed. I have anxiety so this started to bother me a little. Well all day it has been like I am a little restricted, no so much short of breath, but just a little restricted. I think it may be the no xplode. Thinking about what it does maybe it is making my airway swell some. I have used my inhaler tonight and usually don't have to. I have also taken some symbicort which I never use and it finally seems to be getting somewhat better. I just took a xanax to calm me down some, but with all those steroids I don't know if one will do the trick. Let me know if that has ever happened to you.

I though noxplode worked as a "vaso-dialator"?

If that is the case, it should actually make breathing easier, as it would expand the blood vessels allowing more fresh blood (containing oxygen) into the lungs.

I Noticed When Working Out With No Explode I Get Restricted Too I Have To Hit My In Hailer Once At Night To Sleep.but It Dosnt Stop From Using No Or Superpump Cuz Workouts Are Just Not The Same.

i thought the same. When i use clen or some other cardio supp it makes it seem like i get more air. I have a mild case of asthma its been dorment if you will for many years though.

Symbicort is a controller and if you've been prescribed it you need to follow the dosage which is 2 puffs 2 times a day to control your asthma. Even if you don't have symptoms you always have asthma and the potential for your airways to be inflamed and constricted is always there if you feel any different or not.

Hopefully your combo therapy will do the trick and you won't have to worry about it anymore. Hope you feel better soon bro.

The thing with vaso dialation does work a little differently on the lungs. It opens veins, caps, arteries up more, but it doesn't necessarily open your airways. Clen and albuterol act specifically on the airway. I actually took some ephedrine today and I am a little bit rattley but it has helped. The doc took me off the symbicort and just put me on singulair, but he said if I had an attack to use the symbicort with my rescue inhaler until symptoms got better. The reason he did that was the cortisone made my bp jack up. I think it has something to do with weather as well. The temps have really fluctuated the last few days in la. That always gets me. I was also sick with a stomach virus so my immune system was down already.
