Hi my friends i would like to apologize with all of you guys becouse i have been without post for a while since i moved from Texas. I have been very busy trying to build my clientele again, working from 7 am to 8 pm so when i get home is only time to cook my meals ofr the next day and spent some time with my wife. Know i am more stable and i will be around more often.

I have posted a great workout in my One on One consultation, and i will be updating it regulary.
