sorry no reply cordoba, but I cant find the article. although I found it several years ago I did write down the important stuff It goes like this: 7g arginine/7g glutamine/2.5g HMB aday combined with a weightlifting routine added a significant amount of lean muscle mass while increasing fat loss.
Some times I would take some BCAA's and glutamine before my morning cardio while cutting to help spare muscle. The stuff tasted terrible but I just put it in my mouth and swallowed a glass of water.
