Arnold Expo...

Well over the weekend I was up at the Expo and I must say that it's progressively gotten worse every year. There's so many people there anymore that you can barely walk around and actually look at everything. There's a lot of new things out there and plenty of booths that have new products, but it's nearly impossible to get to them yet alone be able to ask the questions you have. It's still fun, but you've got to have patience to deal with that many people at one time. I went up on Friday and it wasn't bad, then stayed away on Saturday as I knew it'd be awful and went back Sunday to get a couple of things before heading back home and it was miserable on Sunday. I will definitely be going up on Friday from now on so there's a tip if anyone plans on going in the future. I wanted to check out the bodybuilding show, but I didn't get tickets. One day I will go watch this show. It's a good time just seeing some of the competitors in booths and see how shredded they are in person. Roelly is a monster as well as King Kahn. Those were 2 that I'd never seen before and was quite impressed. Also David Henry is a short fucker, but as wide as he is tall. I'm only 5'8" and had at least 2-3" on him. His arms are as big as my head though

Hell yea man, I've got quite a few free shakers bottles, a few free shirts, tons of free samples of God knows what. I still haven't went through it to see what all I got, but it's like Halloween for fitness freaks. I've probably got half of a pillow case full of stuff. The only things I remember getting were some C4, Con-Cret products, a few samples of every product BSN offers, those Hemo Rage RTD bottles, Redline shots from VPX. I did buy a few new shirts, Animal had a nice V-neck shirt that's black with white trim and allowed you to get your name or whatever you wanted on the back. It cost $25, but I wanted it so I couldn't pass it up. I also got a Mutant shirt, Species shirt, and a Ronnie Coleman shirt (didn't know he had his own brand of supplements)

I've got a few on my phone. I took pics with David Henry, Larissa Reis and Laura Michelle Prestin, but took a couple more. My phone died trying to send text messages in that place, too many phones in one place I guess, but there are a few pics I'll post in a few, they're still on my phone
