i owe all my gains to this board!!!!! chris 250 and the Dude have given me the best advice ive ever had. ive talked to some pro's and big name npc athletes that havent helped me half of what these guys on the board have.

I have to agree.. Guys like Presser and Nuk and the Dude know there shit and I like to read the stuff they post.. But if it was for Chris250 I wouldn't no about the MC.. And I would still be that tall as 200 pound boy.. 50 pounds later I like where I am.. Thanks Chris and the rest of you guy for putting good info on the MC !!!!
