Well my friend just opened a very nice gym and its litterly within walking distance from my house, so i figure why not make the extra money, he only wants $300 per month to rent the gym out for all my clients and then 20$ a month per client wich is great cause my clients will have a full months membership to use even when im not training them. I hated training before, maybe it will be different this time, i feel like i will enjoy it more this time and its the best possible set up a trainer could ask for with great prices, I figure one client who signs up for a full 12 sessions for the month(3 days a week) will pay for my months rent as i will be charging 360$ for the full months 12 sessions, then every other client only costs me $20 per month.

So I figure I can take a light schedule and easily sign up 10 clients at $360 a month, so thats $3,600 minus 300$ to rent gym for all my clients and minus 20$ for each of ten clients is 200$ so it will only cost me $500 . So this leaves me with $3,100 in my pocket each month. Not bad and 10 full time clients is a light load and very attainable out here in south jersey where training is a huge thing, i have many friends who do this some were able to buy their own gym like the one i will be working outs gym, and they all bought nice new cars and houses, my question is how is the training market out where all of you are from? if their huge markets also out there elsewhere, and if so i'll bet the gym you work out of takes most of ur money, thats how it is out here at alot of bigger clube, but i find that the nice small gyms are where clients rather be trained, so they arent on display and they feel more at ease

anyways just wanted to see how it is elsewhere and such and let ya all know im training clients again and for those fo you i use to train can contact me via private message if interested with working with the best trainer in souther new jersey, lmao, and sexiest!lol

3100 a month sounds good bro. To obtain 10 clients going 3 days a week easily sounds really good, where I live thats not the case, so to answer one of your questions, the market for P.T is not as good as it is where you live!

yeah well i still hate dealing with fat people much less look at them

LMAO. I hear you bro. I used to do it in Manhattan and paid my way through a few semesters but it was hard working for NYSC in the early 90's where fat guys were Fitness Managers and my boss because they went to college to be a gym teacher! Ridiculous... I made some really good money for the time and hardly had to work, but they had a 60/40 split between trainer and gym at the time and i think I took home something like $45 an hour from it which was fine for me and left me plenty of time to study and party in college.

Just wondering, do you wear that speedo when you train people. You would have
to turn away clients if you dressed that way to train them here in san francisco. LOL

same here i just gotta find time to get my issa ace and maybe another i think some of the smaller gyms around here dont even care as long as you have one of them. But the demand is def. not quite as good here. i need to move where theres more money.
