I honestly don't see how it's possible to really bulk and eat "clean" from a financial standpoint......even from a caloric standpoint, you'd have to eat WAAAAY more just to equal the same amount of calories as you would if you threw some junk in there......
Bulking, anything goes. Pizza, ground beef, potatoes - everything I can get. I'll even throw in a honey bun after dinner just to add another 600 (!) calories to my meal as long as I'm sure I've gotten enought protein..........
I still say Jay and his "10,000 calorie a day" diet is a crock - all that clean food would be damn near impossible to choke down in the course of a day
