Bed Time Snack

Dr. Oz recently suggested a bunch of new research indicates a 12 hour FAST is real healthy for the intestines... lowers inflammation significantly. He suggested eat by 6;00pm, then breakfast at 7;00am, but doesn't matter what time your bed time snack is, if you can wait those 12 hours...for breakfast.
