Thanks BitterB. I think a lot of the weight I added actually went to my quads, believe it or not. I still need to bring my legs up more before I can consider competing. Hopefully in the next year or so, I can get up enough courage! :(
 
I see alot more definition.. the progress your making is excellent! Now you need to add just a bit more overall mass....Keep it up, your doing a great job!

I agree. After I bring the BF down to 5-6% by April (with no AS), I'm running another bulker...

1-10: 500mgs/wk sust (mixed w/deca, taking half twice a week)
1-10: 400 mgs/wk deca
1-4: 40 mgs ED dbol
1-16: 0.5mgs liquidex ED
14-16: Clomid

And plenty of food! I'm going to try to eat 4,000 clean calories a day, not easy for me. But, I can't wait to stuff myself again. Cutting sucks! It would be nice to hit 240 this time. I reached 222 on my last bulker, now I'm sitting at 208 :mad: .
 
First off nice pics and excellent imporement! Keep up the good work. Secondly, I'm sitting at 208 now too and 8% bf and have been up as high as 221 when bulking... I was wondering how tall are you? (cuz i'm trying to picture how I look at my height) thanks,,,bigjosh
 
That's a great improvement all around - legs, back, shoulders, chest, arms!
 
I could swear u were my bf in your avatar pic and that 6th pic down.(the "after" shot of your back.) He thinks he's hit his full potential tho but Im happy where he is and dont want him to get any bigger. He doesnt juice.
