getting ready to start my first cycle.
wk 1-10 500 test enath
wk 1-10 600 deca
noval and clomid pct.
i'm 5"10 185 bf at 15%
looking to put on a few quality lb's.
should i stick to the glutes or would you recommend any delt injects.

For a first timer I would say to stick to the glutes for now...

Also I would recommend D-bol and Test instead of the deca.... JMO
 
If you wanted you could throw in some D-bol to kick start the cycle, but its not necessary. If you do I would start out with 30-40mg ED Weeks 1-4 since its your first cycle.

I would contruct the cycle like this:

35mg D-bol Weeks 1-4
600mg Test Enanth Weeks 1-10
400mg Deca Weeks 1-10

But if you already have everything that you said then what you have planned out should work just fine. The keys to getting good gains are your diet, rest, and training. Make sure you're getting 300+g of protein ED, and 3.5-4k Calories ED. Since your bodyfat is already on the high side I would suggest not eating like total crap. I.E. the all-you-can-eat twinkie and donut diet. lol. Try to eat semi-clean. Also train high weight - low reps. That will build mass...Keep the intensity high. If you can do more than 8-10 reps on an excercise you need to add more weight. Lastly make sure you get plenty of rest. Without proper rest growth will slow down dramatically or seemingly stop all together.
 
I would recommend the quads more so than the glutes. Yeah, delts when more experienced with the procedure.

A lot have great luck with deca though I have not tried it myself.

My first (real) cycle included:
weeks 1-4 35 mgs d-bol ED
weeks 1-8 500 mgs enanthate EW
weeks 1-8 400 mgs EQ EW

It worked well for me.

Personally, at 15% bf I'd probably do a Prop and tren cycle myself. Some say beginers shouldn't do tren though, I don't see why not.

So if you haven't already purchased your gear you might consider:

100 mgs of test prop ED weeks 1-10 or 12
75 mgs of tren ED weeks 1-8 or 10
50 mgs winny ED weeks 4-10 or 6-12

I gave some options open for you on length. Also, if you don't want to stick yourself ED just do 200mgs prop/ 150 tren EOD.

Since you're new to juicing, I would wager that you would almost get bulkin-type results (in terms of muscle gain) with the propper diet. At 15% bf you don't need to look even more soft IMHO.

I appreciate all the great advice. Glad I found this board! Doing my home work first has made my decision to cycle, very worth while. Since i haven't started yet, i may just throw in the dbol too.

100mg Prop and 75mg Tren ED for someone's first cycle is a bit too much IMO. 700mg Test Prop EW and 525mg Tren EW. Even for someone's second or third cycle that is quite a bit of juice.

I would say 75mg Prop/50mg Tren ED or 150mg Prop/100mg Tren EOD would be more reasonable to keep the sides down and still get good results.

No need to use so much juice on the first cycle.

you need to be taken more test than deca

by the way, 500 test enan/wk and 300 deca/wk is plenty. I gained 27 lbs with this set up (10 weeks)
 
I wold drop the deca to 400mg/week. Then I think you have a solid first cycle. You can inject anywhere you feel comfertable. Gluts, quads and delts are probably the easiest for a first timer.
 
I am rather new to the game so if anyone has any contradictory info, I am welcome to it. Check out spotinjections.com for some injection info. Personally I like glutes, quads, and calves. Yes, calves. They are easy to access and with ed injections, which I do, it gives rest to the other sites. I haven't had any problems with soreness, anywhere from test prop and tren. This is probably because I massage the site deeply for about 30 seconds to 1 minute after. Really helps! Also, I use 1 inch pins on quads and calves and 1 1/2 on glutes. The 1 inch didn't seem to go deep enough into the glutes and I got a hard lump at the site. No problems after I went to the longer pin. As always, especially with calves, aspirate before. I have hit a couple veins in the calves. Hope this helps
 
I'm fairly experienced. have tried alot of diff things. For my next cycle I'll be using 500mg wk sust 1-12, 400mg deca wk 1-12, 30mg d-bol ed 1-8. Would it make any sense to start the cycle with 100mg of prop ed 1-4. What should i use during the cycle for estrogen and after for recovery?
 
To me thats alot for a first cycle, my first cycle was 250mgs of sus a week and i got up 22 pounds. But thats me
 
clark kent my buddy finaly joins the board. Ok my thoughts on the beginner cycle.... I kinda like the 500 test and 400 of deca or EQ. For 10 weeks. This will get you fired up. I also suggest the anti E's(nolvadex or liquidex) and some clomid for the after the cycle is complete. I think the tren/prop/winny is great but not for a 1st cycle. I could see throwing the winny into the end of your cyle but the prop/tren thing... That is alot of shots for a beginner. I mean a 10 week cycle would be 70 shots. I think 2 a week for your 1st cycle will be tough enough to get used to.
 
For what it's worth, I say this:

500mg of test for 10 weeks AND a solid diet should blow you up. In fact, if it doesn't, you need to take up golf - seriously. If this doesn't work, you aren't meant for gear, provided your diet and training are solid.
