I'm fixing to start my first cycle. I'm 38 5'9. 215lbs. I've never really worked out. I got 10 mil gh 20mil test and 20mil Sustanon. What should my stack be and any ideas where I can get a good diet plan.

Sust is test so just use one or the other. If you go with sust then every 3rd day injection. Test e test d. You can get away with once per week. Sust will give you some pain due to short estre prop. Some thing to consider

Ok. I already started the hgh. So just do test. If it's the same I will have to ask my friend y he recommended both.

Yes you can get a good diet plan in our One on One consultation forum from our rep Freight train! He can put you on the perfect program to get the most out of your gear, diet and training! Well worth it!!

When you say you never really worked out, do you mean not worked out regularly or not at all? If it is not at all, then I'd suggest you spend a minimum of a good 6 months getting the training down before starting any kind of cycle.

Not at all. I've Ben dieting of and on all year went from 235 to 198 back at 215. I think if I see some fast results I'll be more motivated to work out. I'm already Ben stretching and playing with home gym to figure out all the exercises. As far as cycles. The money isn't a concern getting them. I work in refineries out of town most of year and there is always someone on job that works out. My next job starts next Monday. I would like suggestions for a good first time run. Already have all pcts I've lined up a personal trainer in that town that's going to help me get started.

My "newbie advice" (im new at this also) would be to listen to the veterans, collect all the information you can, and make an educated decision from there.
Commit to a training plan and stick with it. Talk with Freight Train.
Get a solid diet plan as well.
Ultimately its your choice on what to run and what not to run, but the members will here will not mislead you.
Good luck!

I probably should have payed attention to my friends character while he was taking everything he told me I need to be taking. He's Ben training for 2.5 years and I think was more excited about me getting into than I am. Known him forever and he's always tried get me to go lift with him. I'll just continue the gh while I'm conditioning maybe that'll help with aches and pains. win I get through the 10 weeks I'll start a light cycle of test with gh to see if I can put on some light gains. My biggest concern is to injure myself and not be able to go to work and pay bills. You giving the same advice some my other good friends did. I'm going to take it and start slow. Thanks

I feel a personal trainer / nutritionist (which is what Freight Train is) is a MUST for a beginner. Seriously, he will guide you and teach you along the way. You will learn invaluable info from him. I am using someone else, but I started at around 28% body fat and 190 pounds, cut to under 14% body fat and 164 pounds, then bulked up to 17% body fat and 200 pounds, all in about 10 months. I am starting my next cut on Monday for another long cut (I want to get to single digit body fat if possible). I have learned so much about both WHAT to eat and HOW to eat it, how to train, what to expect when I do, etc. It really is something all new people should do.

Remember, though, that using an Internet coach means the onus is on YOU to do the work. No one is going to drill sergeant you into shape. They will show you the path, you must decide to walk it.
