what are the bes anti-catabolic supplements to take after a cycle?
Let's say you wanna stay off juice for a while and wanna use "Natural" supplements that help maintain muscle-mass!
I know of PL and even DNP in low doses.
Someone also mentioned CLA (not sure about that one)
Also Kynoselen, but the effectivness of that one is questionable.
What you guys think? Which supplement will help you maintain better and be in an anti-catabolic state?
