Looking for your advice when it comes to the best Deca dose for bulking up. I'm 5'7" 178 pounds and around 10% body fat and I'm 28 years old. I'm looking to get the biggest I've ever gotten in my life. If I can get up over 195 pounds that would be beautiful.
I've read all kinds of dosing online from 300mg up to 600mg. I even saw one guy run 800mg. I need to know the correct dosing so I can order the right amount. Please help.
