ive been getting sick of ON casin protein, its giving me a stomach ach.

i was thinking of using syntha6 by BSN, but wasnt sure if its too fating for bedtime hours. any suggestions guys :sick:

I have been using it (syntha-6) for several months now. A little more expensive than some, but it mixes well and tastes very good. Also seems like a good blend of long acting proteins for bedtime use. See the description below.
