Been usin it for a week now and there aren't any noticeable increases in strength or endurance. Haven't felt the pins and needles effect either. I might up the dose next week to see if that changes anything.
So I said fuck it and doubled the dose today. I felt the pins and needles, but didn't notice any strength or endurance gains. I hit a new PR for smith squats, but I contribute that strictly to DC... who knows?
