15-16% unfortunately, i dont compete but i hate diets

On the other hand I rarley go below 10% nor do I compete I do stay fairly lean yr round.

Yeah you look pretty shredded in that pic bro. Even right now at 18% I still have striations in my shoulders and veins are still gorging. I am getting leaner by the week. I only cleaned up my diet a month ago. The Holidays got me this year! He he

Avon, what I thought was striations in my glutes and lower back turned out to be cellulite......
