Seriously thou skip is right- I did 250mg of test for my last contest and 200 of eq and made a serious transformation won novice and open - what you need is a fool proof diet and a tailoered workout to hit your weakness.

I would have to say that my best tramsformation for size was test and eq- low doses for me made changes.
As for fat loses lipostabil worked wonders for me with no cardio or diet.
If you combine a kickass workout plan with crazy intensity and a solid diet whatever you add will work.
