So a buddy and I go out to eat the other day and we are talking about how I'm able to eat so much and not gain fat like others. So we both eat the exact same thing 9oz sirloin and garlic mashed potatoes and unsweet tea. He has an at home blood sugar tester so we both use it. His blood is at 92, mine was near 72... exact same meal. So that would mean he still has more sugar in his blood, can anyone come up with ideas based on that?
