You use liver protection and plenty of water when you run m1t and i would probably take aqua-dex also

at 1 dropper (1cc=50mg), no problems at all. Taking liv52, 1+gallons water a day, and 1/2cc aquadex. I have no size difference which is weird(probably due to the aquadex) strength is way up.
