How much of an impact does it really have on you BF? Or your overall body composition? Does anyone have any articles? It's hard to find a difinitive answer on this one.
If coors light says it only has 105 calories and 5 grms (20cals) of carbs where does the rest come from? It's sounds like a joke but, I think most of are fooling our selves if we think even a few beers on the weekend wont hurt. I would bet there is much more than 105 cal per bottle. Any comments?
